Cooking Under Pressure with a Renesas M16C Microcontroller

This cost-effective project converts a stovetop pressure cooker/canner into a fully automated pressure processing system. Based on an M16C/28 microcontroller, this user-friendly device accurately monitors and controls the pressuring process. The device is versatile enough to be used to can vegetables as well as cook fresh meats and vegetables.
