INDIGO: Programmable Robot Controller
Paving the way for novice robotics enthusiasts, INDIGO reduces the amount of electronics and programming involved in robotics controls. The H8S/2329 microcontroller-based system includes a 5 × 5 keypad and two of each of the following: DC motors, touch sensors, infrared sensors, and light sensors. A simple programming language (RoboCoL) enables beginners to easily program motor control in response to sensor feedback. New programs are stored in a Dallas Semiconductor iButton for future use and to exchange with fellow enthusiasts.
