OBD Scanner
Based on the CY8C27443 microcontroller, the optimized
OBD Scanner improves on commercial scanners by providing the
ability to monitor any messages on the J1850 bus as well as
the ability to switch between IR and RS-232 communications.
This unique project is designed to work with vehicles that use
the J1850 VPW OBD II protocol, including all General Motors
vehicles (Buick, Chevrolet, and Oldsmobile, among others).
