Flat Tire Monitor

This cost-effective, CY9C27543 microcontroller-based project monitors the tires of a vehicle being towed. An ultrasonic transmitter/receiver pair placed on the axle of the towed vehicle near each wheel measures the distance between the axle and ground. The data is displayed on a seven-segment LED display in the towing car. The driver knows to check the tire pressure when the distance between the axel and ground decreases.
