Enter the PSoC™ High Integration Challenge 2004

This is an entry form for submitting your finished PSoC™ design project. It is not a sample request form. To order a sample, you must fill out the Starter Kit request form.

Step 1: Get a Project Number
Contest rules require that you use a Project Number to label your project entry. You obtain a Project Number by completing and submitting the entry form below. The information on this form is what we use to contact you in the event you are a winner, so be careful that it is accurate and up to date. Also, because the Project Number is assigned to a specific design project, the entry form must contain a project name and brief description of the design you intend to submit. Project Numbers will not be issued without project names and descriptions.

Submitting a hard copy entry form, faxing the entry form, or entering online are all valid forms of entry.

Entry documentation—complete description, schematics, diagrams, flow charts, photographs, and complete source code
