NEW SOLDERLESS 4MM BANANA PLUG

The Model CT3276-# FlexPlug is a low-priced solderless 4-mm safety banana plug. The FlexPlug provides a fast, easy way to repair test leads or build custom patch cords.

The FlexPlug is a standard 4-mm non-sheathed banana plug with a slim-line soft flexible insulator body. The banana plug allows for a solderless wire connection using a unique setscrew attachment method. You can slide your wire through the insulator, strip and assemble to the banana plug using a 1.5-mm Allen wrench (Model CT2919), and then press the insulator and plug it together.

The insulator is molded out of soft, compliant Santoprene for a comfortable grip and wire-bend flexibility during use. The FlexPlug is ideal if you want a quick assembling plug that’s small in diameter, feels good in your hand, and is durable for a long life. The plug is rated at 36 A and 33 VAC/70 VDC per IEC61010-031, although it can be used up to 1,200 VAC/DC if not handheld. It’s also in full compliance with RoHS specifications for hazardous materials.

The Model 3276-# FlexPlug is available in six colors: black, red, yellow, green, blue, and white. The unique internal design of the plug allows for the gripping of the test lead wire’s insulation. To ensure a long, useful life, its spring contact is made of a beryllium copper alloy.

Costing as little as $1.60, the Model 3276-# FlexPlug comes with a one-year warranty and is available for immediate delivery.
