FUSED
PROBE DMM KIT
The
CT3116 is a fused-probe DMM kit designed to improve
the safety and utility of any DMM. The kit comes complete
with two fused-probe bodies, two highly flexible silicone
jacketed leads, and two fully insulated alligator clips.
The
CT3116 complies with International Safety Specification
IEC61010-031 600V CATIII P2 and features two fused-probe
bodies with 4-mm contact tips and covers. Each silicone
jacketed lead is 1.5 m (60²)
and is not affected by cold weather or hot soldering irons.
The two probes utilize internal ceramic fuses rated at 10
A (600 V/50 kA).
The
two fully insulated alligator clips simplify the testing
of both small and large connections. The clips feature IP2X
connection covers, which, when plugged into the fused probes,
maintain the overall safety specification. The CT3116 is
a must if you use a DMM to test or troubleshoot electronic
or industrial equipment. The CT3116 kit costs $39.
