PRECISION RAIL-TO-RAIL OP-AMP

The LT6011 is a dual-micropower precision rail-to-rail output op-amp that combines exceptional input precision with micropower consumption. This unique combination of features makes the LT6011 ideal for use in low-power instrumentation applications.

Operating on less than 150 µA of supply current, the LT6011 boasts an input offset voltage below 75 µV, an input bias current less than 0.9 nA, and a low-noise voltage density of 14 nV/rtHz. The minimum open-loop gain of 120 dB ensures excellent gain linearity; a CMRR of over 115 dB reduces errors because of common mode signals. The low-input offset voltage drift of 0.8 µV per 1°C and long-term stability of 0.4 µV per month guarantee high accuracy over temperature and time.

The device also offers excellent amplifier matching between channels on all critical parameters including input offset voltage, input bias current, common-mode rejection ratio, and power-supply rejection ratio. The matching specifications are important for applications such as multiple gain blocks, instrumentation amplifiers, and low-noise active filters.

The LT6011 is capable of operation from 2.7- to 36-V supplies. It is offered in the eight-pin SOIC and space-saving 3 mm × 3 mm DFN packages. The device is fully specified for operation over commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Pricing starts at $1.95 in 1000-piece quantities.
