RELAY OUTPUT AND OPTO-ISOLATED INPUT BOARD
The JSB-340 provides
four 2-A form C relays and four optoisolated inputs that
plug and play into the standard USB connection. Inputs provide
up to 2500 V of electrical isolation and selectable input
ranges of 0 to 15 V or 0 to 30 V. You can control the relays
and sample the input from any programming or test language
that supports USB communications. Screw-style terminal block
connectors allow for a quick hook up.
The small form-factor module
has optical and relay isolation, which eliminates surges
present in industrial environments from affecting the host
PC in various test, control, monitor, and measurement applications.
The board is powered directly from the USB connection. Drivers
for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP are included. Complete data on
the JSB-340 is available on the J-Works web site. The JSB-340,
with four inputs and two relays, costs $80; it costs
$90 with four inputs and four relays.
