Test Your EQ:

Answer 8—Because all four resistors are terminated at voltage sources, the two inputs of the op-amp see equal DC source resistance (RX and RY in parallel) for their bias currents. The voltage offsets caused by these currents cancel, again to the extent that the resistor values are well matched.
