Test Your EQ #147— Answer

Answer 4

When the car turns, inertia drives the air inside the car toward the outside of the turn. The balloon, being lighter than the air, is displaced as a result toward the inside of the turn.

A similar thing happens when accelerating or braking; the balloon moves forward during acceleration and toward the rear when braking.
