Enviro-Alarm
Built with a 68HC908QT4, an optically isolated
remote alarm interface, a low-dropout voltage regulator, a
9-V battery, and a few sensors, the Enviro-Alarm monitors
for leaks around a basement sump pump. The remote alarm interface
connects to a Cat 5 cable that runs to a wiring closet for
integration with a PC-based home automation system.
