Submit Your Entry
Thank you for everyone’s interest and participation in the Renesas RL78 Green Energy Challenge. The competition concluded on August 31, 2012 at 1:00 PM EST and Project Entries are now being reviewed by the judges. Winners will be announced in October at Renesas DevCon. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for updates.
If you missed the deadline for submitting a Project Entry, don’t worry. There are still many opportunities for your efforts to be recognized. Use the Project Entry Link to upload your project for review by Circuit Cellar and Elektor’s editorial team. Any entries submitted after the deadline of August 31, 2012 are ineligible for contest prizes but may be reviewed for publishing opportunities.
Entry Submission Checklist
1. My Project Entry includes my abstract, complete documentation and code files.
2. My files are labeled with my unique Project Registration Number.
3. My files have been zipped into one Project Entry File. The Project Entry zip file is labeled with my Project Registration Number and ready to upload to Contest Dropbox.
The term “Entry” refers to your Abstract, Complete Documentation, and Code collectively (e.g., all together in one ZIP file). It must be clearly marked with your Registration Number. Each Project entered in the Contest must be the original work and sole and exclusive property of the person or team who submits it or the Participant must have written legal permission from the property owner. In the case of Projects owned by other parties, the written legal permission must be included with the Entry. Entries should be submitted in digital format and must be written in English. Entries may be submitted in hard copy format by prior arrangement. For an Entry to be deemed acceptable, the entrant must first submit a completed registration form.
Do NOT email your entry. To submit an Entry, you must upload your project files to the Contest Dropbox. Click here to Enter.
If you cannot utilize the Contest Dropbox, you may send project files on a CD-ROM, DVD, or USB memory stick to the following address, taking care to label all items with you Project Registration Number:

Before You Submit Your Entry:
1. Read the Rules
Read the Official Rules for complete details about eligibility, project requirements, your rights (intellectual property), judging, prizes, and more.
2. Obtain a Project Registration Number
Complete the Project Registration Number form. Remember: Label your entry with your Registration Number. Also, please type your Project Registration Number in the subject line of any e-mail correspondence about the Contest.
3. Create Your Entry
When you project is finished, it should be easy to gather the required Entry materials. Create the following:
• Abstract (a short project description)
• Complete documentation (a detailed project description)
• Block diagram
• Source code
*Note: Use your assigned Registration Number to label all files. Remove your name from all of your entry files.
