Mechanically Scanned, Full-Color, Large-Scale, Low-Cost, LED Video Display

This interesting ATmega16-based prototype system features 32 RGB LEDs that are attached to a motorized ceiling fan. By rotating the system and blinking the LEDs, you can produce a visible image.
