Bidirectional Stepper Motor

This interesting design is based on the principles of a current-pulse operated watch's hand movement and enables both clockwise and anticlockwise operation. The ATtiny13-based device, which features a mechanical pointer, provides the altitude indication for a skydiver’s altimeter. The pointer mechanism moves in both directions to show altitude on the way up and down.
