A picture slideshow program is run on the host to regularly read the BMP file and display the measurements while the BMP file is updated (see Photo 5). The program has to read the file each time on the SDMC to see the changes. Some programs just read the files once and then use a copy in memory to avoid slow file I/O accesses.

The slideshow can be completed with more BMPs, JPEGs, and other supported graphic files on the host by adding the files on the SDMC. This is convenient for advertising purposes.
