SHT11 SENSOR
The temperature sensor is a Sensirion SHT11. The sensor combines calibrated temperature (–40° to 124°C) and relative humidity (0% to 100%) sensors on the same chip. The sensor is interfaced with the LM3S811 with only two wires.
A source code example posted on the Sensirion web site provides immediate results. (Refer to the sht11.c file in the Keil project.) The temperature and relative humidity are displayed on the OLED display in the Luminary Micro evaluation kit (see Photo 3).
